  •We offer FREE SHIPPING on all orders within the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping outside the US, HI, and AK, contact NSK Energy 

  •In-stock orders received in the warehouse by 3:00 pm will ship the same business day. After 3 pm or on any non-business day, orders will ship the next business day. Products not in stock in the warehouse may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.

  •Upon arrival of your order, please check each box carefully. If there is damage to the box and you think the water heater may have sustained damage, please REFUSE the delivery, and call 903.729.7300 immediately.

  •Orders are shipped UPS standard ground service or freight. UPS Ground delivers in 1-5 days.

  •Customers will be emailed a delivery schedule within 24 hours.

Return Policy

  •Returned orders will be credited at the original invoice price less freight and handling charges and a restocking fee of 20%. There are no charges for refusing defective merchandise.

  •Freight on merchandise being returned must be prepaid. Installed items may not be returned. Please contact NSK Energy (903.729.7300) for shipping address before returning any merchandise. 

  •Merchandise must be returned in the original mfg box with manuals and accessories.

  •No returns or credit requests accepted after 90 days of invoice/ship date.

Loss, Damage, Mis-shipments, Mis-billings, and Shortages

  •Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be reported within 10 days of delivery/ expected delivery date. Save original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials. Some carriers require on-site inspection before product can be returned.
