Shipping and Return Policy:

1.        We offer "FREE SHIPPING" on all orders to the lower 48 US states. For shipping outside the US, contact The Three Sisters Web Sales at 903.729.7300.

2.       In-stock orders received in the warehouse by 3:00 pm CST will ship the same business day. After 3:00 pm CST or on any non-business day, orders will ship the next business day. Products not in stock in the warehouse may take 2-3 weeks for delivery.  

3.       The customer is responsible for all shipping charges on refusals or returns. 

4.       Orders are only shipped  free via UPS standard ground service.  2nd Day Air is available upon request.

     ·         Ground: delivered in 1-5 days

     ·         2nd Day Air: delivered by the end of the second business day

5.       Orders placed online will be sent a shipping confirmation email within 24 hours.

6.       Refused or returned orders will be credited less 12% restocking fee, freight, and handling charges.

7.       Merchandise will be credited at original invoice price less freight and handling charges and restocking fees of 20% for orders 46-90 days from invoice date. There is no restocking fee for returned defective merchandise.

8.       Freight on merchandise being returned to us is to be prepaid. Please contact The Three Sisters Web Sales for shipping information.

9.       Merchandise must be returned in original mfg box

10.     No returns or credit requests accepted after 90 days of invoice/ship date.
 
Loss, Damage/Pilferage, Mis-shipments, Mis-billings, and Shortages

1. Claims for lost shipment, or damage/pilferage must be reported within 10 days of delivery/expected delivery date. Save original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials. Some carriers require on-site inspection before product can be returned.

2. Shortages, mis-shipments and mis-billings must be reported within 10 days of delivery date/expected delivery date. Save original boxes, enclosed documentation and packing materials. Some carriers require on-site inspection before product can be returned.
